MEDICAL LIFTS FOR SALE - POLICIES
RETURN POLICY -
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus actual shipping & handling charges as well as items that had free shipping at the time of order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund..
All Merchandise returned without an RA # (Return Authorization Number) including refusal of delivery, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and a 5% shipping and processing fee.
Customers are responsible for all shipping to and from. Return eligibility: Product(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. Partial cases or shipping units with items missing will not be accepted. Shipping charges for returns will be the responsibility of the customer with the exception of mishandled shipments and defective products. No refunds after 30 days. No exceptions.
Scooter and Wheelchair Lifts and all patient lift accessories are subject to the 15% rstocking fee plus actual shipping & handling charges.
Returns on Vertical Platform Lift are not accepted on vertical platform lifts.
Vertical Platform Lift Cancellations: If your vertical platform lift has not been built then you may cancel subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Stair Lifts: Because stair lifts are custom fit to a customer's stairs returns are not accepted on any stair lift. If your track has not been cut and you wish to cancel, the cancellation fee is $250. If your order has already been processed, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.
Bath Lifts, Walk-In Bathtubs, and other bathroom products: For hygienic reasons, products used in the bathroom cannot be returned. This includes but is not limited to: bath lifts, walk-in bathtubs, and rehabilitation chairs for showers.
If any in stock, standard, non-custom product(s) has not left the warehouse then you will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Credits and Refunds - We will credit your purchase, less shipping and the restocking fee (if applicable) once the product is received and it is in like new condition. If you paid by check you will receive a refund check within 2 weeks of receiving the return.
Please - Do not refuse a parcel. Since many products must be shipped back to an address other than where it was originally shipped from, never refuse a product. Refusing a shipment will result in 30% re-stocking charges plus all shipping costs. Also, without an Return Authorization number, the package may not be identified or recognized as being a return and credit will be not be issued.
